How does it really work?
Professionally I support individuals, teams and organizations in their efforts to learn and grow. I have my own coaching practice, “Een Gesprek” (A Conversation), in Amsterdam and I work in various roles inside organizations; project manager, consultant, interim manager.
It is my personal quest to find out how we really function. What moves us and how do we effectively make us of that?
